For those who are joining our family of patients, it might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 60-minute new patient visit with the doctor and hygienist. This time is reserved especially for you to ensure that you can receive a thorough examination and consultation with Dr. Ra. He looks forward to getting to know you and your family, and to talking with you about your oral health and expectations for your smile. Our goal is not only to take care of our patients’ dental needs, but also to get to know each person by name and treat them like we’d want our own family to be treated. We love to see you smile!
Scheduling
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us. Dr. Ra only deviates from his schedule in the event of a dental emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately.
Once we have decided on a treatment plan and have worked out financial arrangements, we will do everything we can to proceed with your treatment on a schedule that works for you, whether that be soon or at a slower pace.
Please call at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed appointments without this notification, or repeated cancellations, will incur cancellation fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your visits to our office.
